General

The Fun Yard is designed for infants and children up to 12 years old.

 

Outside food and beverages are permitted in the canteen area.

 

Due to health and safety concerns, we do not allow strollers within the play area.

 

In order to keep The Fun Yard as germ-free as possible we ask everybody to wear socks. We do offer socks for sale if you happen to have forgotten to bring a pair.

 

We accept cash, credit/ debit card or benefit pay.

 

Yes, adult supervision of each child by that child’s parent or authorized caregiver is required at all times.  The Fun Yard W.L.L shall not be liable for any injury resulting from an absence of adult supervision, including, but not limited to, any child leaving the property of The Fun Yard W.L.L without a parent or caregiver.

 

Our admission fee is determined by age and play time desired.

 

Yes, the hall is available for rentals. For rental charges please call/whatsapp  +973 17720154 to check availability

 

For the health and safety of our guests and staff we ask that you refrain from visiting our facility if you or your child is ill.

 

Yes, there is a section where you can purchase some toys.

 

Birthday Parties

The Fun Yard offers four different birthday packages. You can choose to celebrate during weekends or week days with the option to include kids’ meals or not.

 

Included in all packages: 

  • 1 Hour play time within the playground facilities. 
  • 1 Hour private use of the party room with a party host for music, cake cutting, etc. ●Wall balloons, and plain tablecloth for cake and gift tables 
  • 2 Hours free play for birthday child. 

 

10 kids meals from “Yum Yum Kids” Included in packages A & C (extra meals with charge ) 

 

Provided upon request at additional charges 

  • Piñata (candies not included)
  • Chalkboard drawing
  • Chalkboard writing
  • Balloon Garland

 

You may bring in your own décor or event specialist but PLEASE DO NOT TAPE ANYTHING ON THE WALLS. There will be a fine for any damage/clean up. NORMALLY 40 minutes before the scheduled party time is allowed in case the renter wishes to do more decoration and arrangements to the hall. If more time is needed The Fun Yard is happy to allow all the time possible provided that the hall is not occupied by another event.

  2. Choose your package. 
  3. Fill, sign and hand page 2 of hall rental rules and regulations form.. 
  4. Pay deposit amount to secure booking.

 

All food, party themes and balloon orders must be finalized at least 1 week prior to your event. We do have USB access for slide-shows and music systems. Please be sure to provide us with the party confirmation details at least a week prior to your party if you would like us to have those services available to you.

You will pay for birthday child and his/her siblings of 12 months and over.

 

Non refundable deposit of BD50 is required to make a booking. Only parties canceled at least a week or more prior to your party date can be rescheduled within 2 months of cancellation. 

 

No, unfortunately host and guests must leave the facility after the party is over. If any child wishes to continue playing regular admission fees apply.

 

Yes, we offer time extension for extra charge (charge during week days is different than weekends). For extending your party time please confirm at the time of booking as it might not be possible if you request it on the day of the party.

 

Field Trips

We host field trips for nursery children up to Grade Six.

 

If there are a minimum of 80 students, we close the facility to the public for the duration of the trip.

 

Adults do not pay any admission fees to The Fun Yard during field trips.

 

Our staff will be around for assistance but the teachers and supervisors are responsible for looking after the children.

At the time of booking, we ask for an approximate number of children. Final numbers can be finalized on the trip date.

 

Yes. We encourage children to bring their snack and water bottle with them. Our party hall will be dedicated for snacking break during the trip.(We can provide meals for extra charge)

 

No. The balance of the payment for the trip must be made upon arrival. We do not invoice and receive payment after the trip date. We cannot make exceptions, so please do not book knowing that your facility will not be able to make payment the day of the trip. We accept cash, credit/debit card or benefit pay.

 

Yes, we are. In order to maintain a top level of cleanliness in our facility, we ask all guests (children and adults) to enter in socks. Strollers are not permitted beyond the playground door.
